Having a room with high Prestige will give Staff and Patients a positive Feeling which increases their Happiness. Increasing the size of a room will also make it more prestigious. You can gain Prestige to a room by adding items such as Windows, Decorations, Beds, and Toilets. Prestige is ranked on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the most impressive. The more value a room has the higher its prestige will be, which in turn increases the overal prestige of your hospital. The more items you place within the room you build, the higher its value. Any optional items that have invalid placement will be deleted when the room is accepted. Item accessibility is indicated by footprints around the item while placing. If you meet these requirements and the items you have placed are accessible the room will be accepted. Theese required items are indicated by the yellow starburst icon. ![]() All rooms have a minimum room size which varies from 2x3 to 4x4 and every room has certain item requirements to validate the placing of your blueprint. There are though certain requirements you need to consider when building a room. Once you are happy with where you have placed the room you will be able to place new items within it, you will not need to enter Blueprint mode again to do this so there is no need to worry about your staff and patients being kicked out. While you are holding the right mouse button you will also be able to rotate the room. Next time we’ll be taking a look at R.E.M.I.A blueprint of a room can also be picked up by clicking and holding the right mouse button and dragging the room where you want to place it.
